This shop did such an amazing upsizing my mother’s pearl ring for me... adding the needed gold instead of stretching the shank. But, beyond their craftsmanship, the owner and his son and the jewelry repair team member all listened and showed care for the meaning the ring has to me. I stumbled into Weiss after finding another shop closed and I count it such a fortunate stroke of fate. I’ve come to learn Weiss has been serving the area for quite some time and what an awesome local resource they are!

My custom ring from Weiss Jewelers is the most beautiful ring I've ever seen! I'm from out of town, and Alex worked with me - shipping examples to try on to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was never pushy, and I never felt rushed with my decisions. Everything about the diamond was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand. When the ring felt too big, he made fitting adjustments to prevent the ring from rotating too much on my finger. Incredible service! I will use them for future jewelry purchases for sure!!

Consistently excellent in their service. Walked in to Weiss Jewelers today with a watch my wife gifted me that experienced a band failure. Simple easy fix by knowledgeable experts, but other businesses I had tried while traveling in those other areas outright denied service altogether and said “sorry can’t help you”. Weiss teammates are always friendly, skilled and eager to serve.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My fiance gave me his grandmother's ring, which is about 70 years old, and we brought it in for resizing and some touch-ups. They made this ring look BRAND NEW. Scott and Alex, the father and son owner, are so kind. Never pushy. I was finicky about the sizing and had to have it re-sized twice. They didn't charge me for the second time, they just wanted me to be happy with it. And I'm thrilled!

I can't say enough about how incredible it was to work with the gentleman at Weiss jewelers! Alex helped me from start to finish getting a custom ring for my fiance! I never felt pushed or rushed into a decision and felt like that always had my best interest in mind! The ring came in way better than I expected and the time frame was nothing short of perfect!
